Concordo con te sulla qualità dellQ1 pro (ero in dubbio se comprare proprio quella poi ho sospettato ci fosse qualcosa in arrivo e avevo ragione) ma mi sembrava di aver capito che l'unica compatibile sarebbe stata la qidi plus 4 per me non è certo un problema possedendola ma non so se per la qidi sia una buona politica... credo ciò dipenda dalla possibilità che ha tale stampante di tranciare il filamento e pertanto (credo) sia più facile farle gestire dei cambi di filamento in maniera automatica... vedremo

Ma il periodo, la distanza tra gli artefatti quant'e'? Potrebbe essere compatibile con il passo delle cinghie? Magari e' una pulley che ci ha mollato e sbatte a ogni dente che passa...

Scambiando i connettori il problema resta su Y, proverò a smontare il piatto e a controllare piu attentamente

Allora c'e' una vecchia Sovol spesso in offerta anche usata: la sv04 https://www.sovol3d.com/products/sovol-refurbished-3d-printer?variant=39975677067352 Vecchia concezione pero' e' Idex e una volta calibrata sono due estrusori indipendenti, cioe' dovrebbe funzionare. Conta comunque che non ti servono necessariamente i supporti che si sciolgono, dovrebbe bastare fare l'interfaccia di contatto in altro materiale tipo PLA / PETG. Secondo me non ne sa' ancora niente nessuno, io so' solo che non dovrebbe essere compatibile con la attuale Q1 Pro quindi e' facile che uscira' un nuovo modello in quella fascia. Che e' ottima cosa perche' se mettono la Q1 Pro attuale in offerta a ~300e e' una bella stampante 🙂

i produttori confermano che ci sia meno warping e maggiore stabilità dimensionale del pezzo stampato , ma secondo me bisognerà comunque sperimentare un po' potrebbe essere ma penso sia minima o almeno spero.

Ma, in effetti tempo fa avevo pensato alla Geeetech A20M come soluzione economica che mi avrebbe permesso di usare il filamento solubile. E' che però mi è sempre sembrata una soluzione troppo economica per essere vera; inoltre, dato che quando sono passato all'estrusore DD mi è cambiata la vita, mi domandavo se è possibile farci la stessa modifica. Adesso Geeetech ha in catalogo la Mizar M, sicuramente più aggiornata, ma è che insomma, mi pare che quelle citate prima abbiano anche una tecnologia modulare, migliore e allo stato dell'arte, oltre a velocità più elevata e semplicità di utilizzo, per quel che capisco, a prezzi comunque confrontabili. Vero che stampo con una Ender3V2 - anche se ben upgradata - ma vorrei evitare di usare soldi per una cosa già obsoleta. Altre IDEX che non so (semplici e affidabili)?

Be' dovresti aspettare che esca quello di QIDI e sopratutto il BTT che e' un modulo standard per le stampanti Klipper, potresti usarlo anche su quello che hai. Per quanto per i soli supporti penso sarebbe piu' efficace una IDEX o una dual extruder. Tra quelli citati Anycubic sulla carta e' il migliore perche' asciuga anche il filamento, il peggiore sarebbe il Bambu AMS-lite, io ad esempio con l'umidita' che ho non penso riuscirei a utilizzarlo proprio. Poi diciamo che se te proprio devi fare solo il cambio di filamento sempre con lo stesso tipo in PETG per le interfacce di supporto, un sistema come l'ERCF2 una volta calibrato lavorerebbe meglio. Le punte vanno calibrate e' vero ma poi sprechi meno materiale e tempo, quelli a taglio di filamento sono piu' affidabili se devi tagliare tanti tipi di filamento diversi. Ma il meglio sarebbe una IDEX o estrusore doppio.

Mi aggancio a questa discussione per analogia: sarei orientato a prendere una nuova stampante multifilamento, soprattutto per necessità funzionali di stampe con supporti solubili, senza disdegnare di provare a stampare a più colori. Con il PETG non c'è niente da fare, nella rimozione dei supporti si rovinano sempre le superfici e i pezzi spesso non sono più utilizzabili, con spreco di denaro e ore di stampa. Ho navigato un po', divertendomi a guardare in giro con la solita mia superficiale limitata competenza tecnica (e poca voglia di leggere e interpretare fino in fondo un TDS 🙄) ma mi pare di aver capito che un po' tutti i produttori stanno facendo in modo, almeno nella fascia di prezzo che posso praticare, di aggiungere di un modulo multifilamento a stampanti che di per se stampano normalmente un solo materiale (tipo Anycubic K3 Combo, oppure Bamboolab A1 combo, o la nuova Creality Hi combo etc.), che mi parrebbe una buona soluzione per le mie esigenze. La domanda è: il gioco vale la candela? e nella stessa fascia di prezzo, si acquista più o meno la stessa cosa? O ci sono vantaggi a favore di una o di un'altra (tra quelle citate per esempio), che qualcuno sappia? Qualche considerazione aggiuntiva, in questo buio e piovoso pomeriggio romano? 🙏

Sono curioso di sapere come va, ho una bobina a casa di asa-cf mai aperta 😐 In teoria i caricati dovrebbero avere meno ritiro dovuto al raffreddamento e quindi meno waping, penso sia per quello che si possa abbassare la temperatura del piano (o almeno provare).

Per non usare colla lacca, se il problema e' la temperatura del piatto per l'adesione il PLA lavora bene anche sotto agli 80c. Prego. Buon per te, l'ASA dovrebbe fare meno warping / delaminazione dell'ABS, la palla e' che costa un po' di piu'.

mi avevi già suggerito il trucco del pla . Con abs non mi conviene . pla+asb si incollano lo dice anche il video potrei provare con asa , ma non ne vedo il senso. Perché utilizzare il pla per l'adesione al piano quando posso usare colla /lacca ? Il loro lavoro lo fanno benissimo comunque grazie per la dritta potrebbe tornarmi utile. comunque ho visto che molti produttori di filamento stanno aggiornando le specifiche dei caricati in carbonio . La temperatura del piano è notevolmente ridotta anche per l'asa e proverò questo. link

Stampando quello inclinato il difetto è minore ma presente ovunque. Oggi pomeriggio se riesco volevo provare a stampare un cubo "di controllo" poi scambiare dai connettori sulla scheda i due assi x e y facendo partire la stampa ingannando i finecorsa (o scambiando anche loro poi vedo) e se il problema da y si trasferisce a x è la scheda, se il problema rimane o è il motore ko o non mi sono accorto di qualche problema meccanico Non ho altre idee
